What is included
Expenses
The cost of the trip will be $500 per person, with a $200 deposit required to secure accomodation by 25 May 2025. The remaining funds require payment by 31 July 2025.
Payment can be made to 12-3145-0214628-50 (Melissa Harrison) with your name as reference.
Accomodation for 2 nights
Return shuttle up the mountain
Breakfast both days
Dinner on Friday night only
A petrol contribution to the drivers of each car (*dependent on volume of attendees)
What is not included
Ski passes - to avoid buying full day passes for those who would prefer to sled, or sightsee only, these passes will be purchased by everyone on arrival to the mountain.
Dinner on Saturday night
The amount charged is estimated based on amount of attendees and is designed to provide certainty of the cost upfront. If money is left-over at the end of the trip, this will either be returned to each person or used to cover a portion of the dinner on Saturday (a group vote will be held on the night to decide).
