What is included

Expenses

The cost of the trip will be $500 per person, with a $200 deposit required to secure accomodation by 25 May 2025. The remaining funds require payment by 31 July 2025.

Payment can be made to 12-3145-0214628-50 (Melissa Harrison) with your name as reference.

  • Accomodation for 2 nights

  • Return shuttle up the mountain

  • Breakfast both days

  • Dinner on Friday night only

  • A petrol contribution to the drivers of each car (*dependent on volume of attendees)

What is not included

  • Ski passes - to avoid buying full day passes for those who would prefer to sled, or sightsee only, these passes will be purchased by everyone on arrival to the mountain.

  • Dinner on Saturday night

The amount charged is estimated based on amount of attendees and is designed to provide certainty of the cost upfront. If money is left-over at the end of the trip, this will either be returned to each person or used to cover a portion of the dinner on Saturday (a group vote will be held on the night to decide).
